1. What is the fit of MYNDRICK t-shirts?

All our t-shirts are unisex with a slightly oversized streetwear cut. Baby tees run cropped and fitted. We recommend ordering your regular size for a standard oversized fit, or one size up if you want it looser. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering — we don't offer exchanges for size issues, so make sure to pick the right one.

2. What fabric are the t-shirts made of?

Each piece is crafted from 100% premium cotton (220 gsm) — thick, soft, breathable, and designed to last. Perfect for long rave nights, festivals, or everyday wear.

3. Will the prints fade after washing?

No. The designs are made using high-quality screen printing to ensure durability. For best results:
- Wash inside out at 30°C (cold wash)
- Avoid tumble drying
- Iron inside out only, avoid ironing directly on the print

4. Where are the orders shipped from?

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in China via 4PX international carrier. We ship worldwide.

5. What are the shipping times?

Standard international shipping windows:
- Europe (France, Germany, UK, Italy, etc.): 7–14 business days
- United States: 10–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- Canada: 10–18 business days
- Rest of world: 12–21 business days

These are estimates. Customs, peak seasons, or carrier delays may extend delivery time. We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before any specific event or holiday.

6. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Fees start from €5.99 in Europe and vary by region.

7. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package here:

Please note that tracking updates can take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch, and international scans may pause between customs stages.

8. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Because we're a small independent brand shipping worldwide, we operate a strict return policy:

❌ We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Size or fit issues (check the size chart before ordering)
- Change of mind
- Delivery arriving within our stated shipping window
- Orders arriving after a specific event or personal deadline

✅ We WILL take responsibility for:
- Wrong item shipped (picking error confirmed by our team)
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Confirmed error on our side

9. Will I be charged customs or import taxes?

Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply — especially for orders shipping to the European Union, UK, or non-EU countries. These fees are not included in the product price and are the customer's responsibility.

10. What if I received the wrong item or a damaged product?

Contact us at myndrickclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s) received
- Photos of the shipping label and outer package

After review, we'll offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the case.

11. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are sent to fulfillment within a few hours of being placed. Once fulfilled, we cannot modify the shipping address, size, or cancel the order. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.

12. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
